? how do you have to act? today to have sure that tomorrow you will have what do you need to lead?

? how can you spot? wider? prospects? instead of concentrating? you? just improving what is?

? how can you support? others in development so that they become better?

? how can you grow? and pond? you? authority?

Spending time together time for 6 one-and-a-half-hour meetings in a small group (max. 8 people) we will discuss the following issues:
