2. The above means that MentalWorld.pl determines the purposes and methods of processing Personal Data. The purpose of the Policy is to define the activities undertaken by MentalWorld.pl regarding the protection of Personal Data processed via the Platform and the Mobile Application, as well as as part of related services. The policy defines in particular the scope and legal basis for the processing of Personal Data that is collected by MentalWorld.pl in connection with the use of the Platform and the Mobile Application. We receive Personal Data when setting up an Account with Mental World, in connection with activities (including Transactions) made on the Platform, posting or viewing Offers and in connection with updates of Personal Data made through the Account . Personal Data Processing may be as? related to the performance of a number of other activities directly related to the use of the Platform, Mobile Application.

9. When using the Account, we additionally collect information about activities on the Platform, including about the history of orders, issued Offers, selected payment methods.
10. In terms of contact? with Users, including for purposes related to the provision of services, handling the User, through available communication channels, in particular email, telephone and social media channels (e.g. Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, WeChat) as the basis for right? processing is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR (necessary to perform the contract), and we store the data until the end of the provision of services.

MentalWorld.pl may transfer Personal Data to entities cooperating with MentalWorld.pl, operating websites or providing internet applications (including mobile applications), in order to publish Users' Offers posted in advertising categories; parties to the Transaction, including the payment service operator to the extent necessary to make payments for the purchased Service: i.e. PayPro SA headquartered in in Poznań, at ul. Kanclerska 15 (60-327), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the Poznań District Court.
