A biologist by education. She gained professional experience in the publishing industry, with which she was associated for over 20 years as an editor and publisher of medical publications and a manager. 

Many years of cooperation with the medical community, with authors and subcontractors allowed her to acquire competences that she successfully uses in the profession of a coach and mediator. Volunteer and co-founder of the Association for the Disabled - Good Will.
